Website: How to Get Six Pack Abs
Todd Scott is the training Advisor to Men's Fitness Magazine
and a bestselling author. He’s written How to Get Six Pack Abs as well as the Tennis Stomper series. Todd says
that the usual ab exercises (sit ups, crunches, etc.) “can actually make you look worse.” Todd also says that
“most supplements won’t burn fat”. He promises that he can show you “how to save your money, and burn more
stubborn belly fat” without doing the usual ab exercises or “ingesting that all that expensive crap” (his
words).
The “How to Get Six Pack Abs” eBook is intended for both men and women. There are separate links for each sex to
click before a purchase is made. The pages detail the different ways in which the “How to Get Six Pack Abs” program
helps men and women. The offer is the same.

Review:
"How to Get Six Pack Abs" will probably be most useful to men and women between the ages of 18
and 35 who are beginners or intermediate level ab-builders. That doesn’t mean that the product would be totally
useless for older men and women. It has been useful. There is a glowing endorsement from a 55 year old woman posted
on the website but “How to Get Six Pack Abs” wouldn’t be of any value to children who have not yet reached
puberty.
I was particularly impressed with the second section of “How to Get Six Pack Abs” where Todd talks about
calories and nutrition. This is an area that many ab building programs cut short. Todd provides some great
shortcuts for figuring out what your caloric need actually is. He also provides some excellent shopping lists as
well as daily menus for various caloric requirements.
Some of the text in “How to Get Six Pack Abs” could be simplified to make it easier for newbies to understand.
Todd does get a bit “technical” at times. The “tone” of “How to Get Six Pack Abs” is a little on the negative side
in places.
Overall “How to Get Six Pack Abs” is a good product and one that if used correctly, can be very effective.
